Whether you’re flying in from UK or further abroad, there are several convenient airport options:
Florence Airport (Peretola)
Just 20 minutes from the villa by car or taxi.
Pisa International Airport
Around 1 hour by train or car.
Bologna Airport
Approx. 1.5 hours by train or car.
Rome Fiumicino Airport
Around 2 hours to Florence by high-speed train
By Car
Villa Castelletti is easy to reach and offers free parking on-site. It’s the perfect excuse for a little road trip through the Tuscan hills before or after the celebrations.
By Train
Trains are regular and well-connected from Florence, Pisa, Bologna, and Rome. For a scenic and easy journey, you can take the train to Signa Station, which is just 3km from the villa. From Signa, it’s a short taxi ride to the venue.
Getting to Villa Castelletti from the Airport
Depending on your arrival airport you can take a direct taxi or take a train from your arrival airport to Florence Santa Maria Novella, the city’s main station. From there, you can get a taxi or take a short local train to Signa Station, which is just 3km from the villa.
If you contact Hotel Borgo Villa Castelletti at least a day in advance, they can help arrange a taxi from Signa Station to the villa for approximately €15. Reach out to Marcela at info@villacastelletti.it to coordinate.

Where To Stay
We’ve reserved the entire onsite hotel—Il Borgo di Villa Castelletti—for the nights of Friday 24th and Saturday 25th July. It’s just a two-minute walk from the venue, making it easy for you to stagger home.
We know some of you are turning this into a holiday and may prefer to stay somewhere else. There are plenty of hotels and villas in and around Signa, and Florence is just 30 minutes away by taxi if you'd rather base yourself in the city.
There are 28 rooms available, ranging in size—some sleep 2, others sleep up to 6—so there are options for couples, or groups of friends/family. If you’d like to stay at Il Borgo, just let us know how many nights you’d like to book, and we’ll send over the available room options and pricing.​

If you’d like to stay on Sunday night, there will also be the option to extend your booking.
For the more adventurous among you, campervan and tent pitches are also available onsite
